Henkan Vision records how visitors use your website and turns each visit into something you can read: a replay, a step-by-step timeline, friction tags and, for many sessions, a short AI summary. Sessions that share the same friction are grouped into patterns, so you can see which problems repeat and fix the ones that matter first.
Everything Vision knows is also available to your AI assistants through an MCP server and a read-only REST API.

How Vision works#
- The script records A small script on your site records page structure, clicks, scrolls and navigation with rrweb. Form values are masked in the browser and password or payment fields are never captured.
- Vision keeps real visits A visit becomes a session only when it lasts at least 30 seconds and the visitor actually does something. Idle tabs, bots and your own team are left out.
- Each session is analysed A few minutes after a session ends, Vision builds a readable timeline, detects friction such as rage clicks or checkout exits, and writes AI summaries for sessions with friction.
- Friction becomes patterns When the same friction on the same page appears in at least 25 sessions over 30 days, it becomes a pattern with an AI explanation.
- Agents can read it all API keys give Claude, Cursor or your own tools read-only access to sites, sessions, timelines, summaries and patterns.

The sidebar has two groups. Insights holds what you look at every day: Overview, Sessions, Patterns and Install. Workspace holds the settings of your organisation: API & MCP, Team and Usage. The site switcher at the top of the sidebar changes the site you are looking at, and your name at the bottom opens the account menu.
