This guide takes you from signing in to watching your first replay. You need access to Henkan Vision (see Getting access) and the ability to edit your website's <head> or its Google Tag Manager container.

1. Create your organisation and site#

  1. Sign in Go to vision.henkanpartners.ai and select Sign in. Use Continue with Google or your work email and password.
  2. Name your organisation On first sign-in, Vision asks for an Organisation name. Your organisation holds your sites, your team and your monthly session allowance.
  3. Add your first site Enter a Site name and the Domain visitors use, for example maison-exemple.com. Accept the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement, then select Create organisation.

2. Install the script#

Vision shows your recording script right away. Paste it just before the closing </head> tag on every page of your site:

<script async src="https://vision.henkanpartners.ai/v.js" data-site="pk_…"></script>

The data-site value is your site's public key. Copy the exact snippet from the screen, or later from Install. Using Google Tag Manager instead? See Install the script.

3. Check that it works#

  1. Open your site Open your website in a normal browser tab (not inside Vision) and accept analytics cookies.
  2. Browse for a minute Click around and visit two or three pages. A session is kept only after at least 30 seconds with some activity.
  3. Watch the check The install screen checks every 5 seconds for up to 10 minutes and shows Installed — first data received as soon as the script reports in. Select Go to Henkan Vision.

4. Watch your first replay#

  1. Open Sessions Select Sessions in the sidebar. New sessions appear once they have been received.
  2. Open a session Select a row to open the replay, then press the play button or the space bar.
  3. Read the timeline The Timeline tab lists each step of the visit. It appears a few minutes after the session ends.
