Usage shows how much of your organisation's monthly allowance you have used. All sites of the organisation share the same allowance, and the month follows the calendar in UTC.
What counts toward the quota#
Only human sessions that Vision keeps count: visits of at least 30 seconds with real activity, from visitors who gave consent (unless you record without a banner). These never count:
- Bounces, idle tabs and bots.
- Visits from browsers excluded with Exclude my browser.
- Visitors who refused consent.
- AI agent sessions, which have their own cap.
- AI crawler visits, which are only counted.
The default quota is 10,000 human sessions per month per organisation, unless your agreement with Henkan sets another figure. To change it, contact Henkan.
Near and over the quota#

The quota resets on the first day of each month (UTC). The date is shown under Monthly quota.
AI agents#
AI agent sessions are recorded separately and never count against your monthly quota. Each organisation can record up to 2,000 AI agent sessions per month. After the cap, agent sessions are ignored until the month resets and appear as AI agents over cap. See AI agents and crawlers.
Usage by site and AI summaries#
AI summaries shows today's use of your daily summary limit. Automatic summaries are written for sessions with friction and stop at half the daily limit; the rest is kept for summaries you ask for. Days are counted in UTC. See AI summaries.
